Pull up a chair, I’m Al

As an accomplished realtor, I can spot opportunity from far away. It only took a single visit to Watchorn Bay to know exactly the kind of potential it had to offer the lake life experience.

I’ve always loved the outdoors, but found that all the popular places to enjoy the water were just that; popular. The traffic and noise left for too little solitude to truly unwind. I had no doubt that Manitoba had some hidden gems that checked all the boxes, and Watchorn Bay completely delivered.

I believe that you say what you mean, and mean what you say. And after thousands of real estate transactions, that hasn’t changed. I’ve completed multiple land developments, and having grown up in the Interlake. I’m not only the developer, but I’ll also be your neighbour. And I’m personally invested in the Interlake’s benefit.

The best part about having a cottage lot in Watchorn Landing is how it brings people together. Whether it’s a yard full of my loved ones on the weekends, group dinners on the smoker, or meaningful conversations in the ice shack, this area is a place of connection.

Welcome!

I’ve sold real estate since the 80s, and land development is a natural extension.

Whether it’s finding your bigger and better home, or finding a premium lot to build your legacy cottage on, I help you get it done.

Growing up, Watchorn Provincial Park was a common option to shoot the breeze, or cool off in Lake Manitoba. The Interlake is a part of me, and Watchorn’s gentle sloping beaches, mature hardwood forest canopy, and magnificent storms continually call me back.

I relish the boating, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, and peace that this area offers. And I love sharing Watchorn Landing, so more cottagers can watch their grandkids play on their private beach, and listen to the loon’s evening song.
